Refund Policy

Overview
All purchases from Silo DSP are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and refunds on our behalf. We offer refunds on purchases requested within 30 days of the transaction date. All requests are reviewed and processed through Paddle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your order details. Refund requests are processed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your All Access subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
